Si occupa prevalentemente di reportage geografico e sociale collaborando con numerose testate italiane e straniere.

Ha lavorato a progetti a lungo termine sulla Diaspora Curda e sulla povertà in Mozambico.

Nel 2005 ha iniziato a lavorare sul progetto The Lives of the Cities.
